A Century of Service

For more than 100 years the members of the Blue Mound Golf and Country Club have been fortunate to have been served by many dedicated staff. From the grounds crew to the caddies, servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, building facilities staff, housekeepers and shoe shop staff, administrative staff and the pro shop, every year more than one hundred part-time and full-time employees help to make the "Blue Mound Experience" a reality.

These men and women come to Blue Mound with hopes and dreams for themselves and for their loved ones. For many it is the dream of furthering their education or the education of a child or other dependent.

Over the years, the Club and its members have found many ways to say thank you to staff for their dedication. With the launch of the Blue Mound Golf and Country Club Foundation in 2026, the Club's Centennial Year, members and non-members alike have another way to make a significant difference in the life of a deserving staff person.
